Starting Monday, December 13th, donation and parental benefit tax returns will be submitted through myProperty. Through the digital application, initial declarations are submitted for real estate donations that are within the objective system, as well as for any other asset that is transferred with a notarized document of donation or parental benefit.
In fact, from December 20, these statements must be submitted digitally.
As far as declarations that have been submitted to the competent Tax Offices in printed form are concerned, they are still valid and processed normally, unless the parties revoke them.
As part of the application upgrade, myProperty will be down from Saturday, December 11, at 16:00, until Sunday, December 12, at 21:00.
