China is considering reducing its growth target


Her government Of China expected to consider reduction of the target for development of 2022 at 5.5% to 6% of the growth target of 6% or more for 2021, according to sources in Nikkei Asia.

Beijing is considering supporting economic activity through new tax cuts and a easing of monetary policy ahead of the start of the Chinese Communist Party’s national congress in autumn 2022, which takes place every five years.

It is worth noting that the Chinese economy is expected to run at a rate of 8% in 2021.
