Chain of 2,190 paper snowflakes breaks Guinness World Record


Environmental protection organization gathered 2,190 paper snowflakes made by children across Canada to make the largest paper snowflake chain in the world.

The Guinness Book of World Records, the Guinness Book of World Records, has confirmed that the child protection organization broke the world record when the chain was assembled at the Toronto Zoo and its height was about 404 meters.

THE Earth Rangers has been collecting snowflakes made by children across Canada since June. The children were asked to write on their paper creations their concerns about climate change. and their hopes for the future.

«Snowflakes represent a part of the population worth hearing: our children. While many adults may see the climate crisis as insurmountable, children know that this is not an option.Said Tova Barokas, president of Earth Rangers.

«It is vital that they feel optimistic that we can meet any challenge, even as big as climate change, if we work together».
