According to the announcement, the measure of electronic appointments was made permanent, a few months ago, as it achieves the elimination of long delays and queues at the counters of the branches and at the same time facilitates the work of the employees.
The traders can, through the national portal (gov.gr) or the website of the e-EFKA service (www.efka.gov.gr/rv), enter with the Taxis codes in the service of electronic appointments. With simple steps, they select the service and the department they wish to be served and automatically close the first available appointment. On the day of the appointment, it is enough to arrive only a few minutes earlier and to be served immediately and safely.
As e-EFKA points out, indicative of the great acceptance of the permanent measure of electronic appointments is the fact that, in the previous year (2021), 1,082,324 users closed users who made electronic appointments with the services of the institution.
Finally, it is emphasized that the citizens can be served in the branches of EFKA and without the appointment of an electronic appointment, exceptionally only:
– in exceptional and urgent cases at the discretion of the head of the unit,
– if this is possible based on the actual data at the time of arrival of the citizen and if there are no closed appointments at that time.
