Coronavirus: Seven suspected cases of the Omicron variant in Greece (vids)

Cases have been isolated and examined

After the five confirmed cases of the Omicron mutation in Greece, seven more are being considered, which may be clarified tomorrow.

The seven cases do not appear to be the same as the Delta mutation, which is why experts are investigating them a little further to determine if they carry the new Omicron mutation. The patients have already been isolated in Athens and Crete and are expected to be traced.

Four of the five confirmed cases involve travelers from France and South Africa.
