The commission recommended a 15-day lockdown to reduce cases.
On Friday, the British Prime Minister said that the country is now affected by a big wave of Omicron that poses a very serious threat to everyone.

What measures are proposed
This means that it will be forbidden to gather indoors for people who do not live together, the indoor dining areas will be closed and up to 6 people can meet outdoors.
All of this comes from the very alarming scientific data with 93,000 cases of coronavirus, of which 15,000 cases are from the Omicron mutation that has led 15 carriers to hospitals and caused a death.
In London, Omicron accounts for 3 out of 4 coronavirus cases and hospitalizations have increased by 30%.
